How to remove a bad review on Google Map?
The only way to remove a review on Google Map is to report it.

The system will remove a review about your company if it falls under one of the following points:
Let’s look at some specific examples:
- The review does not apply to this location. Select this option if the text clearly states something that does not apply to this location. For example, you have a service station, and the review talks about some cafe or restaurant.
- Conflict of interest. If the review is in any way related to a profile that manages another company or, for example, in the chain of stores of your competitor, this profile left good reviews, but left you a bad one. Very often, in this category, reviews are also deleted if they are left by those people who did not visit your place. After all, we remember that all places are marked in our chronology. In our practice, there were cases when a competitor left a bad review and was not in our client’s store, in this case such a complaint was accepted.
- Unacceptable or obscene content. We can use this item if you or your team received a public insult, swearing or humiliation of religious feelings, gender / sexual identity, skin color, etc.
- Violation of confidentiality. We can use this item if the review contains any contact information, the name of the conflict participant, a photo of the person.
- Violation of the law. Rather, it has nothing to do with the legislation of a particular country, any violations can only be proven in court and a request can be submitted with a court decision, we think no one will do this. But we will leave a set of rules for you here.
How to report a review to remove it from maps?

In the first case, we should forget about taking any actions from the accounts that manage (Owner, Manager or Administrator of the point) Google My Business and the point on the Map, or those who regularly visit this point for work. Remember that Google is watching you, so we advise:
Ask your satisfied customers with a high level of trust to complain about the review. These people visit your location, and such a complaint will have more weight.
Ask your friends / relatives to complain about the negative review.
Involve as many people as possible with local expert accounts of at least level 3 in complaining about the review
After the complaint, wait 7-10 days, and only then try

- Some reviews are deleted by the system automatically if the complaints about the review, in the opinion of the algorithm, were justified and the users who complained about the review, caused the necessary trust in the system.
- Some reviews may not disappear from your My Business account but will not be visible to users around, but only to the one who left the review.
- If the owner of the review notices that his review was deleted, he can easily edit just a few words in it and it will be re-published. Then, it will be almost impossible to delete it. We advise you to wait some time after the situation with negativity.

We very rarely use the tools in this article. Those who are familiar with the work of our company have long understood that it is much easier to cover a negative review with positive ones than to bother with deleting a negative one. A negative review very quickly falls in the feed and with each new review, it is more and more difficult to find. 5 positive reviews even out the overall assessment of your company’s work. People do not notice the difference between 4.1 and 4.7 … and in 99% of cases they will continue to contact you.
What else can be done?
Find a positive review among your reviews that best reflects both your attitude towards the client and their main reaction to your work. Next, ask your coworkers, friends and relatives to like this review:
