This document is an official proposal (public offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Anatoliivna Korcheva to conclude a Service Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) on the terms set out below with any natural or legal person (hereinafter — the “Client”).
Acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance) of this Offer means placing an order for the Services on the Mappers.geo website, via messengers or by phone, or making a payment (including a partial one) against an invoice issued by the Contractor.
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with services in the field of digital marketing, local SEO, photo and video production, setup and maintenance of Google Business Profiles (hereinafter — the “Services”), and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for the Services in accordance with the terms of this Offer and the issued invoice.
1.2. List of Services provided under the Mappers.geo brand:
2.1. The Client orders the Services by filling in the form on the Contractor’s website, by contacting the Contractor via messengers or by phone.
2.2. Concluding a separate written contract is not mandatory, since the Contractor issues an official invoice for each service, containing the details and the scope of work.
2.3. Deadlines are stated in the description of the relevant Service on the Mappers.geo website or are agreed by the Parties when the invoice is issued. The deadline starts running from the moment the advance payment and all necessary materials and access credentials are received from the Client.
2.4. The Services are deemed completed upon either of the following:
3.1. The cost of the Services is determined in accordance with the rates published at https://www.mappersgeo.com/ or agreed in an individual invoice.
3.2. The Services are paid for in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) exclusively to the current bank account of Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Anatoliivna Korcheva on the basis of the issued invoice. Other payment methods (cash, transfers to personal cards, etc.) are not accepted by the Contractor.
3.3. Depending on the type of Service, payment is made either as a 100% advance payment or under the following scheme: 50% advance payment before the work begins and 50% balance payment after the work is completed or before the final result is handed over to the Client.
4.1. Paid funds are refunded upon a written request from the Client if the Contractor has failed to perform the Service within 14 (fourteen) business days of the agreed final deadline through the fault of the Contractor.
4.2. If the Client withdraws from the Service before the Contractor has begun performing it, the amount paid is refunded less bank and payment system fees.
4.3. In the event of partial performance of the Service or early termination of the Agreement at the Client’s initiative, the amount is refunded less the cost of the work actually performed and the expenses incurred by the Contractor.
5.1. The Contractor undertakes to make every professional effort to achieve the best possible result in accordance with local SEO and marketing standards.
5.2. Official disclaimer regarding Google services and algorithms:
Given that Google regularly changes its ranking algorithms, technical requirements and content publication rules, the Contractor provides professional optimisation services but does not give a 100% guarantee of achieving specific positions (in particular first place / Top-1 / Top-3) in search results or on Google Maps.
5.3. The Contractor is not liable for moderation timeframes, for decisions of Google services regarding the blocking or restoration of accounts, or for changes in the functionality of third-party platforms (Google, Booking.com, etc.).
