Mappers GEO is the public (commercial) name of the project under which services are provided and promoted on the MappersGeo.com website. The legal Contractor, party to this Agreement and recipient of payments is Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Anatoliivna Korcheva, whose details are specified in this document.
This document is an official proposal (public offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Anatoliivna Korcheva to conclude a Service Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) on the terms set out below with any natural or legal person (hereinafter — the “Client”).
Acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance) of this Offer means placing an order for the Services on the MappersGeo.com website, via messengers or by phone, or making a payment (including a partial one) against an invoice issued by the Contractor.
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with services in the field of digital marketing, local SEO, photo and video production, setup and maintenance of Google Business Profiles (hereinafter — the “Services”), and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for the Services in accordance with the terms of this Offer and the issued invoice.
1.2. List of Services provided under the public name Mappers GEO:
1.3. With respect to Services related to Google Business Profiles, the Contractor acts as an independent third-party partner. Mappers GEO and Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Anatoliivna Korcheva are not Google, representatives of Google or entities affiliated with Google, and do not act on behalf of Google. Google Business Profile is a free Google product. The Client pays the Contractor exclusively for the professional Services specified in this Offer, the relevant order and/or the issued invoice.
1.4. Official Google information on working with third-party partners
When providing Services related to Google Business Profiles, the Contractor complies with the applicable Google policies for third-party partners.

The Client retains ownership or co-ownership of their Google Business Profile. Access to the profile is granted to the Contractor with the Client’s consent and solely to the extent necessary to perform the agreed Services.
2.1. The Client orders the Services by filling in the form on the Contractor’s website, by contacting the Contractor via messengers or by phone.
2.2. Concluding a separate written contract is not mandatory, since the Contractor issues an official invoice for each Service, containing the details and the scope of work.
2.3. Deadlines are stated in the description of the relevant Service on the MappersGeo.com website or are agreed by the Parties when the invoice is issued. The deadline starts running from the moment the advance payment and all necessary materials and access credentials are received from the Client.
2.4. The Services are deemed completed upon either of the following:
3.1. The cost of the Services is determined in accordance with the rates published at MappersGeo.com or agreed in an individual invoice.
3.2. The Services are paid for in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) exclusively to the current bank account of Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Anatoliivna Korcheva on the basis of the issued invoice. Other payment methods (cash, transfers to personal cards, etc.) are not accepted by the Contractor.
3.3. Depending on the type of Service, payment is made either as a 100% advance payment or under the following scheme: 50% advance payment before the work begins and 50% balance payment after the work is completed or before the final result is handed over to the Client.
4.1. Paid funds are refunded upon a written request from the Client if the Contractor has failed to perform the Service within 14 (fourteen) business days of the agreed final deadline through the fault of the Contractor.
4.2. If the Client withdraws from the Service before the Contractor has begun performing it, the amount paid is refunded less bank and payment system fees.
4.3. In the event of partial performance of the Service or early termination of the Agreement at the Client’s initiative, the amount is refunded less the cost of the work actually performed and the expenses incurred by the Contractor.
5.1. The Contractor undertakes to make every professional effort to achieve the best possible result in accordance with local SEO and marketing standards.
5.2. Official disclaimer regarding Google services and algorithms:
Google independently determines its ranking algorithms, policies, technical requirements, verification methods, moderation procedures and service functionality and may change them independently of the Contractor.
The Contractor provides professional optimisation and support Services but does not guarantee any specific ranking position (including first place / Top-1 / Top-3) in Google Search results or on Google Maps, continuous display of a Google Business Profile, or any specific number of views, calls, clicks, leads or customer enquiries.
5.3. The Contractor does not control and is not liable for moderation timeframes, verification methods or outcomes, Google’s decisions regarding the suspension, restriction, reinstatement or removal of Google Business Profiles, the outcome of appeals, the display or removal of reviews, or changes to the algorithms, policies, interfaces and functionality of Google or other third-party platforms (including Google, Booking.com, etc.). Final decisions on such matters are made by the respective third-party services.
5.4. Google’s refusal to verify or reinstate a Google Business Profile, approve an appeal, accept proposed changes, remove or restore a review, or make any other requested decision does not, by itself, constitute improper performance of the Services by the Contractor, provided that the scope of work agreed with the Client has been duly performed.
5.5. The Client is responsible for the accuracy, relevance and legality of all information, documents and materials provided to the Contractor. The Contractor has the right to refuse to submit information or perform actions that violate Google’s policies, applicable law, or may create a risk of suspension or other restrictions being imposed on a Google Business Profile.
5.6. The Client retains ownership or co-ownership of the Google Business Profile throughout the entire period of cooperation. Granting the Contractor access does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the profile. Upon termination of cooperation, the Client has the right to revoke the Contractor’s access, and the Contractor shall cease managing the profile and relinquish the permissions granted to it in accordance with applicable Google policies.
