I would like to express my special gratitude for the work on this project to the director Irina. This is exactly the case when a person knows how to devote himself to his favorite business 100%, worries about the business. Now let’s analyze the bare numbers that we see above on the screen.

  1. As a result of our work, the number of search queries has increased. In the previous quarter, there were 26,942 people (who were looking for services that this clinic can provide), in the next quarter there were already 41,192 of them, which is 52.89% more. This is shown by the blue part of the graph (search by category, product or type of activity). This means that these are new clients, those who have not yet heard of our client.
  2. Thanks to our optimization, the number of keywords by which the clinic was found has increased from 855 to 1000 words. If you noticed, earlier, the top queries were mainly the words “New Life”, “Clinic on Revutskogo” and so on – the words of people who already know that they are looking for this particular clinic. Now such important words as “urologist”, “dermatologist”, “gastroenterologist” and others have started to appear in the top.
  3. The number of requests also increased from 1,700 to 1,900, which is + 11.76%.

The percentage is small, but it will grow. Thanks to our technologies, as practice shows, this figure will approach +/- 20% by the spring of 2021.

We don’t really like to count other people’s money, but if you consider that out of 100 people, 4 people undergo surgery, that’s 8 new clients. The average check for a surgery is approximately 60,000 UAH with a net profit of 20%, simple arithmetic → ~ 96,000 net profit in the first quarter with expenses for an advertising package of 4,650 UAH … words, I think, are superfluous here.

And most importantly: according to the administration, among all clients, the level of those who came thanks to Google Maps has increased: that is, our advertising has paid off 10 times, and for us this is the most important thing!

In the future, the New Life clinic is ready to cooperate with us in other areas, which once again emphasizes the effectiveness of promoting a point on Google Maps from Mappers GEO.

Update on the clinic’s promotion situation on Google Maps in Kyiv as of Q4 2024

So, 4 years have passed since the completion of our work on promoting this profile, and unlike the promotion and regular maintenance of the point on Google Maps for the Law Firm, here after our work we did not continue any support for this clinic. So, let’s calculate what result this clinic has today:

  • Number of company views in search: So 9,485 people viewed the company profile in local search and on the map in Q4 2024, which is about 80.24% less than the 48,000!
  • Number of search queries that find the company: It was 1,100 in 2020, and now it is 1,822, which is 49.43% more.
  • Number of actions on the profile (Calls, directions and visits to the company’s website). It was 1,900, it is 763, which is 59.84% less than before.

We are very sorry that in the 4 years since the last work on Google Maps, the performance of this business has dropped significantly. Most likely, this was preceded by a significant decrease in the activity of the business itself on the map and the quality of reviews, which may be due to the level of services, or perhaps the fact that the clinic does not collect positive recommendations.

If you compare these 2 cases, you can see how constant work on promoting the profile can give a really clear and high-quality result in promotion. Do not repeat these mistakes.
