- Request profile management
If you find your profile, the system will inform you that this profile is already verified by another owner. In this case, you will have the option to request to manage the profile. - Wait for a response from the current owner.
If you have lost access to your account, it is likely that no one will respond to your request. After three days, you will receive an email notification that the waiting period has expired and you can now submit a registration request. This means that you will need to go through the process of verifying your business profile on Google again. At this stage, you must prove that you are the owner of the business.
By the way, at this stage, you will partially see the email address that you have control over, and you may be able to remember the password from it. - If access is denied
If a third party has taken over your profile in bad faith and denied you access, you can contact Google support.
