Restoration of the blocked profile of A&P tire fitting in Lviv

The A&P tire fitting company in Lviv contacted us with a typical but difficult situation – there were several duplicates on Google Maps, which caused the main profile to be blocked.

The problem was complicated by the fact that the company did not understand how the Google profile system works and was unable to resolve the issue through support on its own.

We got down to business. For 2.5 months, we actively communicated with Google support, conducted:

• complete cleaning of duplicates;
• put the documents in order;
• ensured the availability of signs, banners, photo fixation on site;
• prepared everything necessary for profile confirmation.

In the end, the main profile was unblocked, and work on Google Maps was fully restored.

After successful unblocking, after some time the company contacted us with a new request – to create a site on the Google Sites platform, since before that they did not have a site at all. We developed a simple and informative site, which has a positive effect on the company’s promotion on Google Maps. In addition, we provided a service for local promotion of the point – we optimized the description, added high-quality photos, and registered the correct categories and keywords.

Finally, we conducted training for company representatives, explained how to use the Google profile correctly, what can and cannot be done to avoid new blockings in the future.
