I immediately headed to the store, and despite having only 15 minutes left before closing, I managed to arrive on time. At the entrance, I was met by a petite girl who had already prepared the double mattress for me.

This experience showed me how crucial it is to have up-to-date information online and an efficiently organized customer service process. Thanks to the availability of contact details on Google Maps and the professional approach of the manager, I was able to solve my problem quickly.
